Behind the Scenes at the Wonder Emporium

This piece (mixed media on wood) invites viewers to step into a realm of imagination, wonder, and play. By combining reflective copper elements, recovered electronic parts, and layers of spray paint, it invites the viewer to enter a space of wonder where anything is possible and where what exists does not dictate what is perceived. There is extraordinary potential in overlooked fragments, and when given to the imagination, these items can inspire us to create new meanings and connections in our world, and new worlds within our own.
